Groval operates a multi-vendor online marketplace that allows individuals and businesses to list and sell products to buyers through our website and official channels. These Terms govern the relationship between Groval and its users — buyers and sellers — and are designed to ensure a safe and fair shopping experience for everyone. Our services include account creation, browsing and purchasing, shipping and payment services, after-sales support and technical assistance.

2 Definitions

• "Platform" / "we": The Groval website, mobile applications and official pages.
• "User" / "you": Any person who browses or registers on the Platform, whether as a buyer or a seller.
• "Buyer": A user who places or purchases orders through the Platform.
• "Seller": An approved user who lists products for sale on the Platform under the seller onboarding terms.
• "Order": Any purchase made through the Platform, whether for physical or digital products.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, creating an account or completing any purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any additional policies published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

4 User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under a guardian's supervision.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities carried out through your account.

5 Seller Accounts

Seller onboarding is subject to prior approval by the Platform and may require additional documents to verify the seller's identity and commercial activity. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, images, prices and stock levels, and for product quality and fitness for human use where products are food items, personal care or baby essentials. Sellers must comply with published shipping standards and handle customer returns according to the Platform's return policy. The Platform reserves the right to revoke listing privileges from any seller who breaches these standards.

6 Products and Pricing

We strive to display products with accurate descriptions and images; however, minor variations in colors or details may occur due to screen and display differences. Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Platform and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; they exclude shipping fees unless clearly indicated. The Platform and sellers reserve the right to change prices or discontinue any product at any time, and an order is not final until product availability and payment are confirmed.

7 Orders and Payment

When you complete an order, a confirmation will be sent to your email or phone. We offer multiple payment methods that may include cash on delivery, bank cards and electronic wallets as available at checkout. Some orders may be subject to additional verification before shipping to protect buyers and sellers; if verification fails, we may cancel the order and refund any amounts paid. Digital products are delivered through the Platform instantly or within a stated period, and are considered accessed once the download link is opened or the code details are delivered.

8 Shipping and Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within the periods stated on each product page or in the order confirmation, and delivery times may vary by governorate, area and courier conditions. Couriers will contact you before delivery, and buyers must provide a correct, reachable address and contact details. If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the buyer after two or more attempts, the order may be returned to stock and re-shipping fees may apply.

9 Returns and Exchange

• Buyers may request a return or exchange within the period defined in the Platform's published return policy.
• Products must be in their original condition with all accessories and packaging, and must not have been used in a way that voids their warranties.
• Excluded from returns: opened medical or food products, offers explicitly marked non-returnable, and delivered digital products.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as balance in the buyer's Platform wallet, within up to 14 business days from receiving the returned product.

10 Acceptable Use

Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful purposes, including providing fake data or impersonation, attempting to breach or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure, uploading abusive or infringing content, manipulating orders, reviews or offers, or collecting other users' data without consent. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including canceling orders, closing accounts and notifying competent authorities when necessary.

11 Intellectual Property

All rights in the content published on the Platform — including the trade name, logo, design, texts, images, graphics and software — are owned by the Platform or its licensors and protected under intellectual property laws. No part may be copied or reused for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Sellers' product images and content remain owned by their owners, with a license granted to the Platform to display them for marketing and selling purposes.

12 Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data according to our published Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Data is used to operate the service, process orders, improve user experience and communicate with you, and is not shared with third parties except as needed to provide the service (such as couriers and payment gateways) or under a legal obligation.

13 Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an "as is" basis, and while we always seek to ensure quality and stability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from temporary interruptions or technical errors. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and its liability for any dispute is limited to the value of the product in question. The Platform acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers in seller-owned stores and seeks to resolve any dispute fairly for all parties.

14 Force Majeure

No party is liable for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, official decisions, telecommunication or internet outages, war or unrest. Performance resumes as soon as the cause ceases, to the extent possible, with notice to the other party.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before pursuing legal action, we welcome any complaint through official support channels and will attempt to reach an amicable resolution within a reasonable period.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect service evolution or regulatory requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date, and your use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
